一、学校概况
湖南高速铁路职业技术学院始建于1951年，是湖南省“楚怡”高水平高职学校、省卓越高职院校、省文明标兵校园。办学73年来，为中国铁路培养10万余名铁路人才。
学院位于历史名城、交通重镇湖南省衡阳市，占地面积850多亩，建筑面积近36万㎡，建设总投入15亿多元，全日制在校生14000余人，设有7个二级学院，34个专科专业和2个本科专业。拥有省高水平专业群3个、省级一流专业群3个，服务“三高四新”战略高水平专业群1个，构建了与高铁、轨道交通行业和区域经济发展相适应、特色鲜明的专业格局。

I.Brief Introduction
Hunan Technical College of Railway High-Speed was founded in 1951 and is a high-level “Chuyi”vocational college, excellent vocational college, and civilized model campus in Hunan Province. Over the past 73 years of education, we have trained over 100,000 railway talents for China's railways.
The college is located in Hengyang City, a historic city and transportation hub in Hunan Province. It covers an area of over 850 acres, with a construction area of nearly 360,000 square meters and a total construction investment of over 1.5 billion yuan. With more than 14,000 full-time students, it has 7 secondary institutes, 34 vocational majors, and 2 undergraduate majors. We have 3 high-level professional groups at the provincial level, 3 first-class professional groups at the provincial level, and 1 high-level professional group serving the“Three Hubs and Four New Missions”Strategy. We have built a distinctive professional pattern that is suitable for the development of high-speed rail, rail transit industry, and regional economy.
学院现有教职员工近千人，在职在岗近700人。其中，硕士以上学位教师370人，高级职称200余人，“双师素质”教师占比达到80.6%。
学院毕业生主要面向国铁集团、地铁公司、中国铁建、中国中铁等企业高质量就业，近三年就业率均达到96%以上。是国家级创新中心和国家级就业创业创新实践示范基地，湖南省“一把手工程”优秀单位。
The college currently has nearly 1,000 faculty and staff members, with nearly 700 personnel on duty. Among them, there are 370 teachers with master's degrees or doctor’s degrees, over 200 with senior professional titles, and the proportion of "dual teacher quality" teachers has reached 80.6%.
Graduates from the college mainly seek high-quality employment in enterprises such as China Railway, subway companies, China Railway Construction Corporation Limited, and China Railway Group Limited, with employment rates exceeding 96% in the past three years. It is a national innovation center and a national demonstration base for employment, entrepreneurship, and innovation practice, and an excellent unit of the "Top Project" in Hunan Province.
学院积极助力“高铁走出去”，在泰国哇碧巴通职业技术学院挂牌成立“天佑铁路学院”泰国分院，与泰国高铁职教合作项目入选教育部“中国-东盟双百职校强强合作旗舰计划”首批20个之一。与“赢联盟”、几内亚科纳克里大学共同推进培养本土化铁路建设人才，成立本科层次“天佑”铁路学院，合作项目入选中国教育国际交流协会“未来非洲-中几职业教育合作特色项目”，成为湖南省中非合作闪亮名片，国际办学案例入选国家职业教育质量年报。
The college is actively helping "high-speed rail to go global" and has established the "Tianyou Railway Institute" with Wapipathum Technical College in Thailand. The cooperation project with Thailand high-speed rail vocational education has been selected into the first 20 China-ASEAN 100+100 Institutional Cooperation Flagship Programs by the Ministry of Education. The college collaborated with “SMB Winning Consortium of Winning International Group ”and Conakry University in Guinea to promote the cultivation of localized railway construction talents and the "Tianyou" Railway Institute at the undergraduate level was established. The cooperation project was selected into the first batch of Future of Africa-China-Africa TVET Cooperation Program as a shining business card for China-Africa cooperation in Hunan Province. International school-running cases were selected into the national annual report of vocational education quality.
二、专业与学制
（一）招收国际学生类别：语言生

（三）学习年限：全日制，学习期限1年
（四）招生计划：100名
（五）留学生通过HSK汉语4级考试后，根据自愿原则，可选择在学院进行为期三年的学历教育，学习学院特色专业，即铁道工程技术、铁道交通运营管理两个专业。成绩合格后颁发学院毕业证书。

5. After passing the exam of HSK for Chinese Level 4, international students can choose to undergo a three-year academic education at the college on a voluntary basis, studying the college's characteristic majors, namely Railway Engineering Technology and Railway Traffic Operation Management. After passing the exam, the college graduation certificate will be issued.
三、申请办法
（一）申请资格
1.申请人须为非中国籍，年满18周岁，持有效外国护照，身体健康，品行端正，愿意遵守中国的法律、法规和学院的规章制度。
2.申请来校学习者，须具有高中毕业学历，成绩优秀，出具高中毕业证明或相当水平的学历证明。
III.Application Method
1. Application Qualifications
(1) The applicant must be non-Chinese, at least 18 years old, holding a valid foreign passport, in good health, with good conduct, and willing to abide by Chinese laws, regulations, and regulations of the college.
(2) Applicants who apply to study at the school must have a senior high school graduation degree, excellent academic performance, and provide a senior high school graduation certificate or equivalent educational certificate.
（二）申请程序
1.申请者请登录湖南高速铁路职业技术学院合作交流中心官网https://www.htcrh.com/hzjl/，下载填写《国际留学生申请表》，并将相关申报材料发送至邮箱xqhzc48011@163.com。无需邮寄纸质材料。
2.经我校审核录取的人员,我院将向其邮寄录取通知书和相关报到材料，被录取者持普通护照、《录取通知书》、自行下载的《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）、《外国人体格检查表》等前往中国驻外使（领）馆办理来华学习（X）签证，且及时来校报到注册。
2. Application Procedure
(1) Applicants, please log in to the official website of the Cooperation and Exchange Center of Hunan Technical College of Railway High-Speed(https://www.htcrh.com/hzjl/).Download and fill out the International Student Application Form, and send the relevant application materials to email: xqhzc48011@163.com . No need to mail paper materials.
(2) Admitted by our college, we will mail to them the admission notice and related materials. The admitted applicants should go to the Chinese embassy (consulate) with the ordinary passport, the Admission Notice, the Application Form for Overseas Students in China (JW202) and the Foreigners for the study (X) visa, and timely to register.
（三）申请材料
1.《国际留学生申请表》。
2.有效期一年以上的护照信息页扫描件。
3.经公证的最高学历证明和学习成绩单扫描件（在校生需提供在校证明和成绩单）。如果是中文或英文以外的其它语言文本，则需提交该文本的中文或英文译文，并进行公证。
4.六个月以内《外国人体格检查记录》扫描件。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章、无检查日期的《外国人体格检查表》无效。
5.六个月以内无犯罪记录证明扫描件。无犯罪记录证明需贴有本人照片且照片上需盖有骑缝章。
6.凡有中国留学经历者，须提交一份原学校出具加盖公章的在校表现证明。
3. Application Materials
（1） International Student Application Form.
（2） Scanned copies of passport information pages with a validity period of more than one year.
（3） Scanned copies of notarized proof of highest academic qualifications and academic transcripts (current students are required to provide proof of enrollment and transcripts). If it is a text in other language other than Chinese or English, a Chinese or English translation of the text should be submitted and notarized.
(4) Scanning copies of physical examination records for foreigners within six months. The applicant shall be inspected in strict accordance with the items required in the Foreign Physical checklist. The foreigner Physical Examination Form with missing items, not stamped with the photo or not stamped with the sewing seal, no signature and seal of the doctor and the hospital, and no examination date is invalid.
（5） Scanned copies of no criminal record certificate within six months. A certificate of no criminal record must be accompanied with a photo of the individual and stamped with a paging seal.
（6）Those who have experienced studying in China must submit a certificate of performance with official seal issued by the original school.
（四）说明
1.以上材料均为中文或英文文本。均为图像及字迹清晰的图片或者pdf格式。
2.上述材料须在2024年9月16日前提交至学院指定邮箱。
3.学院根据申请人的纸质材料和申请情况择优录取（必要时可要求申请者补充材料），并根据录取结果以邮件形式通知至个人邮箱。
4.关于报到时间的说明：被正式录取的新生，必须在录取通知书规定的时间内到学院报到，不按时报到者，学院不予办理报到注册手续及办理签证延期事宜，因签证造成的任何后果由国际学生自行承担。
4. Supplementary Notes
(1) The above materials are all in Chinese or English text with clear images and handwriting photos or PDF format.
(2)The above materials must be submitted to the designated email address of the college before September 16th,2024.
(3) The college will select the best applicants according to the paper materials and application conditions (if necessary, the applicants can be required to add supplementary materials), and notify the applicants by email according to the admission results.
(4)Important notes of the registration time: Freshmen who are officially admitted must report to the college within the time specified in the admission notice. If they fail to report to the college, the college will not apply for the registration procedures and visa extension. Any consequences caused by the visa will be borne by the international students themselves.

2.说明：
（1）在华生活费用自理；以上货币均为人民币。
（2）国际学生必须在来校报到时办理中国保险手续（无论其本人是否已另外购买国际国内保险），保险费自理。
（3）国际学生到校后，按照中国法律要求，还需到国内三甲医院进行再次体检，方能办理居留许可。

2. Notes:
（1）International students are responsible for their own living expenses in China. All of the above currencies are in Chinese RMB.
（2） International students must apply for Chinese insurance procedures when arrive at school (regardless of whether they have purchased international and domestic insurance separately), and the insurance premium will be borne by themselves.
（3） International students are required by Chinese law to undergo another medical examination at a 3A-grade hospital in China before applying for a residence permit upon arrival at the school.
五、录取
湖南高速铁路职业技术学院合作交流中心负责初审，审核通过后，报上级主管部门审批。上级主管部门批准后，合作交流中心将通过邮件的方式告知申请者外国留学人员来华签证申请表（JW202表）电子证照下载方式，并向其发送《湖南高速铁路职业技术学院录取通知书》。
入学时间以录取通知书为准。无故逾期者视同放弃入学资格。
V.Enrollment
The Cooperation and Exchange Center of HTCRH is responsible for the preliminary examination, and shall be submitted to the superior competent department for examination and approval. After the approval of the superior authorities, the Cooperation and Exchange Center will inform the applicant of the electronic download method of the visa application form (JW202) by email, and send the Admission Notice of Hunan Technical College of Railway High-Speed to them.
The enrollment date is subject to the admission notice. Those who fail without any reason shall be regarded as giving up the admission qualification.
六、附则
本简章以中英文对外发布，存在理解上的歧义时，以中文版为准，由湖南高速铁路职业技术学院合作交流中心负责解释。
VI.Supplementary Provisions
This enrollment Brochure is published in both Chinese and English. In case of any ambiguity in understanding, the Chinese version shall prevail and shall be interpreted by the Cooperation and Exchange Center of Hunan Technical College of Railway High-Speed.
